Freaks
The Freakishly Untalented Trio
Jason Apuzzo (who probably won't go see Oliver Stones's World Trade Center because Ann Coulter told him it's full of harpies and bitches. But, then again, he only reviews the trailers anyway) is displeased for some reason that they are making a movie out of Charlie Wilson's War, which leads to this comment that says volumes about the reasons why Jason can't find work in Hollywood:Variety is reporting that Philip Seymour Hoffman has agreed to star with Tom Hanks in Mike Nichols’ forthcoming adaptation of Charlie Wilson’s War, the book about wild Texas congressman Charlie Wilson - who helped arrange the CIA’s support of the Afghan mujahedeen in the 1980’s, back when they were fighting the Soviet Union. Hoffman, it may be assumed, will be doing one of his usual turns as a freak. Would that be the freak in Capote, Empire Falls, Cold Mountain, Almost Famous, State and Main, Boogie Nights, or The Talented Mr. Ripley?
Oh wait...Hoffman has played gay characters and you know they're...freaks.
Too bad Bruce Willis isn't available.
Now that's an actor....
