Every Presidents day in San Diego they have Bob Marley Day at the Sports Arena, an all-day reggae affair that sells out and envelopes the area in a cloud of hempy goodness. For some reason (I'm guessing a dispute over the right to use Marley's name) this year it's called Tribute to the Reggae Legends featuring Bunny Wailer, Eek-a-Mouse, JR. Reid, and Morgan Heritage.
